With so many amazing places to choose from in Washington, Alma & Spencer had a hard time deciding on the perfect location to elope! We decided on a weekday, sunrise hike to Rattlesnake ledge so they could have some privacy and epic views while saying their vows! An elopement at Rattlesnake Ledge gives you some of the best views in the Snoqualmie National Forest with a relatively easy hike!

Starting before sunrise, we quickly hiked the 4 miles up Rattlesnake Ledge. A & S are Washington locals and spend most of their time outdoors hiking. It was crazy foggy when we reached the top but that’s just a typical moody day in Washington!

A & S changed into their wedding attire behind some trees and did their first look! Definitely one of the benefits of a sunrise elopement is having privacy to change into your wedding outfits on the top of a mountain!

A & S had their sweet and simple ceremony on a cliff overlooking Rattlesnake Lake and surrounded by fog! They had classic Pacific Northwest views and couldn’t have been happier there was no rain!

They wandered around the cliff for the rest of the morning, soaking in the views and enjoying finally being married!

After enjoying their time on the mountain top, we started the hike back down to the lake and stopped for some photos along the way! A & S made a detour to Rattlesnake Lake so they could see it from the ground. It was crazy to look up and see the mountain we had just spent the morning on top of!
